Ingredients
- 300g bread flour
- 7.5g salt
- 7.5 sugar
- 1.5g yeast
- 30g light olive oil or vegetable oil
- 150g water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide in half and place into two well greased containers.
- Let proof in the fridge for 4 days.
- Roll out each dough ball into about a 14-16 inch round using a rolling pin. Dust the work surface with cornmeal.
- Leave the flattened dough out all day or overnight to cure.
- Flip over, add toppings, and bake.
