Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Divide in half and place into two well greased containers.
  3. Let proof in the fridge for 4 days.
  4. Roll out each dough ball into about a 14-16 inch round using a rolling pin. Dust the work surface with cornmeal.
  5. Leave the flattened dough out all day or overnight to cure.
  6. Flip over, add toppings, and bake.
