Ingredients

• 500g ground beef
• 500g ground pork
• 1 egg
• 75g breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 1 cup parmesan
• 1/2 packet gelatin
• 2 cloves crushed garlic
• 10g salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand.
2. With wet hands, roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
3. Cook the meatballs in a skillet with a shallow amount of oil over medium-high heat.
