Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 500g ground pork
- 1 egg
- 75g breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1/2 packet gelatin
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 10g salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand.
- With wet hands, roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Cook the meatballs in a skillet with a shallow amount of oil over medium-high heat.
