Ingredients
- 500g bread flour
- 340g warm water (100-110 degrees Fahrenheit)
- 12g salt
- 120g active sourdough starter (or 4g yeast)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Proof until roughly doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 450 with a water tray.
- Score dough ball across the top about one inch deep.
- Reduce heat to 400. Bake in dutch oven for 20 minutes with lid, then 40 minutes without lid.
- Cool slowly.
